Private shore excursions for groups. Your Local Chauffeur is a run by locals who will create a tailored shore excursion visiting Picton and the surrounding Marlbough region to meet your tastes and interests. Stops can include local wineries, gourmet treat, and artisan food delights.

Hop-on-hop off tour that visits more than a dozen wineries.

The tour departs from near the i-site in Picton (where cruise passenger buses pickup/depart).

There are options for a full day or just the afternoon.

We offer small group wine tours in minibuses with a dedicated wine guide.

Tours leave from and return to Picton at times suitable to the docking schedules of the various cruise ships.

We return to port a minimum of 90 minutes before sailing.

There is a short, very scenic drive through a mountain pass to the famous vineyards of Marlborough. At the various winery stops, you have the opportunity to taste the reknown Marlborough Savignon Blancs as well as other delectable varietals. These are usually Reserve wines or exclusive cellar releases. There is a lunch stop at a vineyard restaurant and, if time permits, a visit to the local chcolate factory to sample handmade gourmet chocs.
