Cascade Brewery is Australia's oldest continually operating brewery with a rich history dating back to the 1820's. A visit to the brewery offers a chance to learn about its history and brewery making process in a selection of tours. The hop-on hop-off bus offers an easy way to get around and explore the Hobart area. The bus stops at 20+ stops close to attractions including the travel and information centre, Princess Wharf, Wrest Point Casino, Cascase Brewery, Salamanca Market, Botanical Gardens and more. Buses operate hourly over summer.

Things to see
Stunning views down over Hobart from the peak of Mount Wellington sitting 1,271 m high. The journey to the peak is half the fun, moving through a range of different eco systems. There are a number of tour companies that offer tours to the summit from central Hobart.
