Cascade Brewery is Australia's oldest continually operating brewery with a rich history dating back to the 1820's. A visit to the brewery offers a chance to learn about its history and brewery making process in a selection of tours. There is also a kitchen and bar to enjoy some good food accompanied by a locally brewed beverage.
