screenshotPort Planner is designed to not only help you organize your own time ashore, but is built to help you plan collaboratively if you are cruising with a group of friends or family.

From collaborating and building an itinerary of everyone's ideas, through to voting thumbs up or down on each attraction. Communicate your thoughts through comments on each attraction.

Port Planner will have you working together to plan the best group cruise in no time!

Take the lead

screenshotFirstly - as always. Someone needs to take the lead and create an Itinerary on Port Planner.

How to create an itinerary

  1. From the menu bar, select My Itineraries
  2. Click Create Itinerary
  3. Give your Itinerary a name, and decide if anyone else can ‘view’ it (this excludes your friends or family who will collaborate with you)
  4. Click Create Itinerary to set it up!

Add your ports

screenshotFind the ports your cruise will visit on Port Planner. These will act as your starting point for you and your cruise buddies to find and add attractions to your itinerary.

How to add ports to your itinerary

  1. Click Ports and Attractions in the menu bar
  2. Click the + button in the top-right of the ports your cruise will visit
  3. Select the Itinerary to add the port to and (optional) the date you will visit

Invite Collaborators

screenshotNow you have an Itinerary setup, you can add collaborators to help select attractions

To add collaborators

  1. Select your Itinerary from the Itineraries menu
  2. Choose Edit
  3. Click Collaborators
  4. Enter the email address of someone you would like to collaborate with, and click Send Invitation

Explore attractions on Port Planner and add them to your itinerary

To add an attraction

  1. On the attraction click the + button and select your itinerary

Votes and Notes
