Business/Attraction owners have access to update details of their business on Port Planner, as well as other features including:
- Daily updates of activity on their attraction. This could include comments added, photos shared, ratings given.
- Access to the Attraction Editor module to edit your listing(s)
- Access to statistics and reporting for your business or attractions
To claim yourself as the owner of a business, click the Is this your business? link, on the businesses page on Port Planner. If your business does not yet have a page on Port Planner, you can add it here.
Verification
All ownership claims are verified by hand before being approved. The verification process can sometimes take up to a week to confirm.
To assist with verifying your business, please provide as much detail as possible in the Claim Ownership Request form.
Here are some tips to make your verification as fast as possible:
- Provide a contact email that matches the domain of your businesses website (optional but recommended)
- If you don't provide an email or the email does not match one advertised by your business, we may phone to verify. Help this process by adding a contact name, or best contact hours in the notes.
